Alexandra is the Founder and Managing Director of Linkilaw. She has over a decade of experience in commercial law, asset recovery, regulatory law and alternative dispute resolution. At Linkilaw, Alexandra leads the team in the execution of its high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional cases, where her role is to devise and manage the execution of legal strategies.

Sarah Brown (nee Cleary) is a senior solicitor specialising in complex, high-stakes corporate civil and criminal fraud litigation, tax investigations, regulatory and corporate compliance. She has over two decades of experience advising individuals, companies, directors and professional clients facing investigations by the regulators and prosecuting authorities for compliance, regulatory and misconduct matters including anti-bribery and corruption, quasi crime, tax fraud, competition law, and director disputes.
Originally a criminal lawyer in London, she progressed to partner level roles at national law firms including DLA Piper, Slater & Gordon, and Irwin Mitchell. Sarah has a reputation as a problem solver and for her discreet, prompt, practical strategic approach, commercial awareness, and ability to convert complex legal matters into practical legal and corporate regulatory advice to high profile individuals as well as directors and professionals.
Sarah has been recognised in the Chambers Legal Directory as “brilliant and conscientious” and “a thoroughly accomplished lawyer”.

Petar is a Solicitor Advocate with experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional and high-value commercial disputes before the English courts and under a variety of institutional arbitration rules (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and ad hoc). His work mostly involves a cross-border element, in particular relating to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan (and other CIS countries) and Eastern Europe.
Prior to joining Linkilaw, Petar worked at commercial litigation boutiques and a US law firm in London (UK) and as an assistant to a prominent Swiss arbitrator in Geneva (Switzerland). Petar holds a Master in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland) and a double degree (Bachelor of Laws/Maîtrise) in English and French law from the University of Leicester (UK) and the University of Strasbourg (France).

Alexandra obtained a first-class honours degree in law, before commencing her Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London (UK). Alexandra has previously studied ‘Religion, Philosophy and Ethics’ at King’s College London (UK).

Richard is a highly experienced Solicitor-Advocate, accredited mediator, and mediation advocate with over 20 years of expertise in dispute resolution.
He focuses primarily on commercial and construction litigation but has acted in a broad spectrum of complex matters, including group litigation, company and partnership disputes, banking and insolvency issues, and regulatory investigations.
Richard has significant experience representing clients before the High Court and is equally adept at handling cases through arbitration, adjudication, and mediation. A committed proponent of alternative dispute resolution, he brings a pragmatic and strategic approach to resolving conflicts.
As an accredited mediator, Richard champions mediation as a constructive and cost-effective pathway to settlement, and regularly advises clients on how to achieve favourable outcomes outside of formal proceedings.
Lauren is a Legal Project Manager and her role includes managing high-profile client cases and the teams working on them. Her professional experience, and legal academic background enable her to immerse herself into the legal considerations of the cases, while remaining centred on the overall strategy and client’s objectives.
Lauren has led and was involved in complex, multi-jurisdiction litigations, and other corporate and commercial matters over the last six years. Her passion is to bring together different teams on a project and ensure they communicate and remain connected throughout.

Anthony Fisher is a barrister, who leverages his experience to provide Linkilaw with strategic and communications advice in respect of high-net worth individuals as well as corporate entities affected by adverse publicity or wishing to establish and deploy a media strategy.
Anthony provides strategic and communications advice to institutional and private clients. Anthony also has experience in advising on structuring corporate acquisitions in Eastern Europe and the CIS.

Esen holds an accredited qualification as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA, the institution where the trademarked programme originated from. Additionally, she is a Certified MBSR Teacher recognised by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University in the USA.
