Alexandra is the Founder and Managing Director of Linkilaw. She has over a decade of experience in commercial law, asset recovery, regulatory law and alternative dispute resolution. At Linkilaw, Alexandra leads the team in the execution of its high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional cases, where her role is to devise and manage the execution of legal strategies.
Alexandra’s leadership has earned widespread recognition. She was named One to Watch in The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders Awards 2024, in partnership with The Times. In 2018, Forbes included her in its 30 Under 30 list. She also received the Woman of the Year in Legal Tech award.
Under her direction, Linkilaw ranked among the UK’s 100 fastest-growing companies. Her insights have appeared in top-tier publications, including Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Apple News, and The Huffington Post.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws from SOAS, University of London (UK) and is an accredited Mediator with the London School of Mediation. Her working languages are English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and basic German.
Alexandra Yeghikyan is a Solicitor at Linkilaw. Her expertise covers several areas of law, notably dispute resolution, private client and corporate work, while also providing support with CIS clients in the UK and abroad. Her client-oriented approach and effective communication are valued by clients and peers.
Alexandra obtained a first-class honours degree in law, before commencing her Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London (UK). Alexandra has previously studied ‘Religion, Philosophy and Ethics’ at King’s College London (UK).
In addition to English, Alexandra is fluent in Russian and has a basic knowledge of Armenian and French.

Anthony Fisher is a barrister, who leverages his experience to provide Linkilaw with strategic and communications advice in respect of high-net worth individuals as well as corporate entities affected by adverse publicity or wishing to establish and deploy a media strategy.
Anthony provides strategic and communications advice to institutional and private clients. Anthony also has experience in advising on structuring corporate acquisitions in Eastern Europe and the CIS.

Alexandra Lindsay-Black is a Senior Paralegal at Linkilaw, bringing a unique perspective to her legal work from a combined Finance and Family Law background.
She was an early hire at high-growth Australian fintech, and subsequently worked for a leading London divorce firm, where she specialised in financial remedies and forensic work, assisting on multi-billion-pound corporate valuations, and with asset tracing, financial modelling, and providing support to the firm’s tax consultant.
Alexandra read English Language and Literature at Hertford College, the University of Oxford, where she was also a choral scholar, prior to attaining Distinction in the Law Conversion MA at the University of Law, Bloomsbury. She is both English and Australian.
Maria Barabanova is a Legal Practice Assistant at Linkilaw, supporting the firm’s legal and administrative operations across case preparation, document management, client onboarding and wider practice support.
Maria brings an international legal background, with early exposure to white-collar crime and fraud-related matters through legal internships. She holds an LL.M. with Merit from King’s College London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with honours from MGIMO.
Having first joined Linkilaw as a Legal Intern, Maria was invited to continue with the firm following the successful completion of her internship. Alongside her work, she remains engaged in academic research on the application of game theory in law, and is fluent in Russian, English and French.
As the Team Wellbeing and Human Resources Manager at Linkilaw, Esen concentrates on cultivating a team-centric culture and advancing the conscious business model Linkilaw is built upon.
Esen holds an accredited qualification as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA, the institution where the trademarked programme originated from. Additionally, she is a Certified MBSR Teacher recognised by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University in the USA.
In addition to English, Esen is fluent in Turkish and Danish.
Bianka is the Community & Event Manager at 16 Curzon by Linkilaw Solicitors. She brings over a decade of experience managing events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings and brand activations to large-scale venue operations.
With a strong eye for detail and design, Bianka ensures that every event runs seamlessly while creating an engaging experience for guests. She combines practical logistics with a clear sense of style, making sure that events at 16 Curzon are both well-executed and memorable.
Outside of work, Bianka enjoys music, horses, and spending time in nature.
Yoland Morf has more than 15 years of experience as a legal professional, which includes advising multinational corporations, sports governing bodies, player associations, and professional athletes on legal, regulatory, and commercial matters.
Her expertises amongst others range from sports law, commercial law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, governance, and stakeholder management.
Throughout her career, Yoland has been recognised for her ability to navigate and resolve legal and commercial matters in a pragmatic and strategic manner.
Yoland holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law and International Sports Law from the University of Zurich, an LLB from the University of Pretoria, and is admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Her working languages are English and Afrikaans, with intermediate proficiency in German.
Kim is a specialist employment law consultant solicitor based in Devon. She qualified as a solicitor in January 2002, and has practiced employment law since then, both at large regional law firms and as a consultant since 2012 for various firms spread across the UK.
Kim can deal with all aspects of employment law disputes, both for businesses and individuals, including advising on disciplinary, capability (including sickness absence) and dismissal procedures; reorganisations and redundancies; policies and procedures; drafting contracts of employment; service agreements and consultancy agreements; TUPE and settlement agreements.
