Alexandra is the founder and managing director of Linkilaw Solicitors.

At Linkilaw, Alexandra’s role includes the maintenance of a close-knit team of professionals and ensuring the smooth running of the business through management of all stakeholders.

Alexandra is graduated LLB law from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London and is a certified mediator from the London School of Mediation.

Since Linkilaw’s inception, Alexandra has worked with more than 500 small and medium businesses, directly with the entrepreneurs leading these ventures. Alongside commercial matters, Alexandra’s expertise covers sanctions and she is an ACAMS Certified Specialist in this area of law.

Alexandra’s understanding of different cultures, stemming from both her education and a multi-cultural background allows her to form strong and long-lasting relationships with clients and being mindful of their individual requirements.

As a trailblazer in the LegalTech industry, Alexandra has spoken in front of hundreds of people, and has received much recognition in the press, including TechCrunch, The Huffington Post, Inc. Magazine and more. She has also been honoured as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 and named Woman in LegalTech 2018. A keen writer, Alexandra’s content has been read almost 12 million times.

Roger’s legal experience stretches across almost 40 years and his calm and patient approach to both internal and external matters are particularly important to the leadership and governance of Linkilaw.

Within Linkilaw, Roger devotes himself to overseeing the development of the practice, and matters of compliance and he ensures that all our clients receive the appropriate support that is necessary for the resolution of their issues.

In the past Roger was a Commercial Property Solicitor for over 34 years and is currently a Leading Mediator in the Legal 500.

Roger is also a mentor. He provides valuable guidance and support to those who are interested in pursuing a career within Mediation and is the co-author of the RICS Mediation Guide.

Roger is a member of the Civil Mediation Council Board, Chair of the Complaints Committee and member of the Registration and Standards Committee, sits on the Panel of Senior Commercial and Civil Mediators of CIArb, Clerksroom and ADRg and is a Founding member and Trustee of BIMA (Belief in Mediation and Arbitration), a multi faith mediation group.

Maria is a dual-qualified English and Russian lawyer. She has over 20 years of experience in a breadth of areas, from commercial law to litigation.

Maria manages her cases holistically and sees a clients’ situation from different perspectives due to a deep understanding of her practice areas.

Throughout her career, Maria’s professionalism has been apparent through the management of complex cross-border litigation projects and her notable achievements on successful high-profile cases that she has been involved in.

Petar is a Solicitor Advocate with experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional and high-value commercial disputes before the English courts and under a variety of institutional arbitration rules (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and ad hoc). His work mostly involves a cross-border element, in particular relating to CIS countries and Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining Linkilaw Solicitors, Petar worked at commercial litigation boutiques and a US law firm in London, as well as an assistant to a prominent Swiss arbitrator in Geneva (Switzerland).

Petar holds a Masters degree in international affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Switzerland) and a double degree (LLB/Maîtrise) in English and French law from the University of Leicester (UK) and the University of Strasbourg (France).

In addition to English, Petar is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian and French.

Alexandra is a Trainee Solicitor at Linkilaw with prior legal experience in the field of private and corporate Immigration. Alexandra assists across all departments and is responsible for client communications and administrative support for legal caseworkers.

Alexandra is a First Class Honours Law student and has previously studied ‘Religion, Philosophy and Ethics’ at King’s College London.

In her free time, Alexandra enjoys reading around the subject of psychology, especially of persuasion and is a Pilates lover.

Lauren holds an LLM from Queen Mary University of London and has spent 6 years in law firms as a Legal Project Manager, specialising in corporate law and dispute resolution. She is committed to fostering collaboration among legal professionals and clients, facilitating seamless communication throughout project lifecycles.

In her role, Lauren manages some of Linkilaw Solicitors’ key projects. She ensures that our cases, which always include a multitude of moving pieces, are approached holistically and methodically.

Before re-joining Linkilaw Solicitors, Lauren was a valued Legal Project Manager in the dispute resolution department of a top tier international law firm.

Anthony works with Linkilaw as a senior consultant providing strategic counsel on client accounts and practice development.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Strategy Ltd, a firm that specialises in strategic and communications consulting to private clients, international businesses and finance centres.

Prior to setting up Global Strategy, Anthony was a barrister, financial services partner at KPMG in London and a senior consultant to Lord Tim Bell, then Chairman of Chime plc.

Anthony has a sterling reputation for delivering high level advice to government and business leaders on strategy, communications, crisis and reputation management.

Anthony advised the late President F W de Klerk on setting up the Global Leadership Foundation (GLF) and continues to work in support of the GLF to advise government leaders around the world.

Anthony is also involved in several other not-for-profit and philanthropic and organisations, using his experience as a strategic advisor to make an impact. Organisations he has helped support include Cambridge University, where he serves as Development Ambassador, The Prince’s Trust, The Science Museum, Evelina Children’s Hospital and British Youth Music Theatre.

Esen is a seasoned professional with a rich history of collaborating with numerous international companies, specialising in enhancing Organisational Wellbeing.

As the Human Resources Manager at Linkilaw, Esen concentrates on cultivating an employee-centric culture and advancing the conscious business model Linkilaw Solicitors is built upon. Leveraging her experience in multinational settings, Esen actively promotes a welcoming and inclusive culture at the firm.

Esen’s commitment to organisational well-being and mindfulness aligns seamlessly with Linkilaw’s ethos, contributing to the establishment of a highly enthusiastic, diverse, and conscious workplace environment.

Esen also has many years of experience as an executive assistant and event organiser, and has seamlessly managed large conferences as well as intimate, high net worth investor events.

Esen holds an accredited qualification as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the institution where the trademarked program originated. Additionally, she is a Certified MBSR Teacher recognised by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University in the USA.
