Alexandra is the Founder and Managing Director of Linkilaw. She has over a decade of experience in commercial law, asset recovery, regulatory law and alternative dispute resolution. At Linkilaw, Alexandra leads the team in the execution of its high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional cases, where her role is to devise and manage the execution of legal strategies.
Alexandra’s leadership and expertise have garnered industry recognition, with accolades such as her inclusion as One to Watch in The LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders Awards for 2024, in partnership with The Times, being named in Forbes 30 Under 30 (2018), and receiving the prestigious Woman of the Year in Legal Tech award. Under her direction, Linkilaw has been recognised as one of the UK’s 100 fastest-growing companies. Her insightful perspectives have been featured in leading publications including Forbes, Inc. Magazine, Apple News, and the Huffington Post.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Laws from SOAS, University of London (UK) and is an accredited Mediator with the London School of Mediation. Her working languages are English, French, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and basic German.

Roger’s legal experience stretches across 40 years and his calm and patient approach to both internal and external matters are particularly important to the leadership and governance of Linkilaw.
Within Linkilaw, Roger devotes himself to overseeing the development of the practice, and matters of compliance and he ensures that all Linkilaw’s clients receive the appropriate support that is necessary for the resolution of their issues. He is a sounding board for a broad range of issues that affect the firm.
In the past Roger was a Commercial Property Solicitor for over 34 years and is currently a Leading Mediator in the Legal 500.
Roger specialises in commercial and property matters, involving high-value commercial, partnerships, construction and boundary disputes.
Petar is a Solicitor Advocate with experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional and high-value commercial disputes before the English courts and under a variety of institutional arbitration rules (LCIA, ICC, ICSID, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and ad hoc). His work mostly involves a cross-border element, in particular relating to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan (and other CIS countries) and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Linkilaw Petar worked at commercial litigation boutiques and a US law firm in London (UK) and as an assistant to a prominent Swiss arbitrator in Geneva (Switzerland). Petar holds a Master in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland) and a double degree (Bachelor of Laws/Maîtrise) in English and French law from the University of Leicester (UK) and the University of Strasbourg (France).
In addition to English, Petar is fluent in Bulgarian, Russian and French and has working knowledge of Ukrainian.

Alexandra is a Trainee Solicitor at Linkilaw. Her expertise covers several areas of law, notably dispute resolution, private client and corporate work, while also providing support with CIS clients in the UK and abroad. Her client-oriented approach and effective communication are valued by clients and peers.
Alexandra obtained a first-class honours degree in law, before commencing her Master of Laws and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London (UK). Alexandra has previously studied ‘Religion, Philosophy and Ethics’ at King’s College London (UK).

Lauren is a Legal Project Manager and her role includes managing high-profile client cases and the teams working on them. Her professional experience, and legal academic background enable her to immerse herself into the legal considerations of the cases, while remaining centred on the overall strategy and client’s objectives.
Lauren has led and was involved in complex, multi-jurisdiction litigations, and other corporate and commercial matters over the last six years. Her passion is to bring together different teams on a project and ensure they communicate and remain connected throughout.
In addition to English, Lauren can speak basic Afrikaans.

Anthony Fisher is a barrister, who leverages his experience to provide Linkilaw with strategic and communications advice in respect of high-net worth individuals as well as corporate entities affected by adverse publicity or wishing to establish and deploy a media strategy. Anthony provides strategic and communications advice to institutional and private clients. Anthony also has experience in advising on structuring corporate acquisitions in Eastern Europe and the CIS.

As the Human Resources Manager at Linkilaw, Esen concentrates on cultivating a team-centric culture and advancing the conscious business model Linkilaw is built upon.
Esen holds an accredited qualification as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA, the institution where the trademarked programme originated from. Additionally, she is a Certified MBSR Teacher recognised by the Mindfulness Center at Brown University in the USA.
